I’m considering a flat panel TV by a manufacturer called “Pro-scan”. Ever heard of them? Comments?

it’s a 20″ flat panel hdtv that costs only 379.99 in the box. has remote and room for a/v system, dvd, and a tivo. it has a rectangular screen, but not quite 16:9; it’s more like 16:12. the pic is not as sharp, but still pretty good. but I’ve never heard of them, and am weary of purchasing it because of the price. I have only seen them at military and VA stores.

Can you replace the bulb on flat panel LCD tv’s and how much?

flat panel tv
Jeff K asked:

I was shoping around and realized the life on the bulbs in the details is fairly short. A tv with a “60,000″ hr life bulb would burn out in about a year if used 8 hours a day on average!!!

I haven’t bought a TV yet, but I was going back and fouth between plasma. I figured an LCD would be a better, LONGER investment than a plasma!

Does a monitor driver exist for a Sanyo DP37647 flat panel HDTV?

dragonzpneuma asked:

I am attempting to connect my pc to the HDMI port of my Sanyo model DP37647 flat panel TV monitor. I purchased the correct cable and made a successfull connection, however I am unable to make adjustments to the video settings since Windows recognizes it as a simple plug-n-play monitor. Does a Windows XP driver exist for the Sanyo DP37647 so I can make proper video adjustments? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
